The apartments are equipped with whisper-quiet air condition to make your stay comfortable. Each apartment has a fully-equipped, built-in kitchen with dining area and a spacious, west-facing terrace,where you can enjoy the sun and relax. The bedrooms have queensize beds and blackout curtains. The interior is exquisite and contemporary, with high-quality materials such as oak parquet floors, polished concrete ceilings and glass mosaics in the washrooms. A relaxing bathroom with a refreshing Rain shower and Bidet. Separated in an alcove is a washing machine and a dryer for a longer stay. The extra toilet is equally spacious with wall-width mirror and sink.

The apartments can be booked for a minimum period of 10 days up to a maximum of 6 monthsten The price/night is EUR 185,00 including all taxes and fees. For a booking of at least 4 weeks we grant a discount of 10%, from 8 weeks 15%. For the final cleaning we charge EUR 155,00..
The mentioned price is valid up to an occupancy of 2 persons. For each additional person in the apartment (up to a maximum of 4 persons) there is an extra charge of EUR 35,00/night .

Please note that in the apartments and in the entire house is an absolute smokingban ! Therefore, a deposit of EUR 300,00 will be collected upon booking, which will be retained for cleaning costs in the apartment in case of non-compliance.
